Create the Feeling State of Your Dreams

Step 3: Align with Your Design

 

Introduction

In order to align with your heart's desire for a better feeling, the pictures, words, thoughts, beliefs, feelings, experiences and habits you hold must be in harmony with your desire. You will know that you are aligned if you feel good whenever you focus on the subject of your feeling state(s).

The best tool for coming into alignment is guided meditation or hypnosis. Guided meditation/hypnosis processes allow you to relax, release resistance, feel good and focus on what you want while remaining in a "feel good" feeling state.

To create the habit of aligning with the feeling state(s) you desire, all you need to do is find some time when you can be removed from the outer world, pop in a CD, and listen for about 30 minutes or so each day. Like any habit, after about 30 days, you will create the habit of focusing on your heart's desire for a better feeling and feel good about it.

Make "as if" your mantra. See, hear, feel and be "as if" your dream feeling state and the supporting habits are already present in your world of form.

If you ever feel discouraged or impatient, remember Rome was not built in a day nor was your feeling state. Just keep heading in the direction of your desire; you will get there. In the meantime- lighten up and go easy on yourself. Enjoy the process as it unfolds.
