Fun ways to to learn penmanship and great new words!

When it was time for my children to learn penmanship, I had a strong desire for them to practice writing words and ideas that would foster positive inner development as well. Feeling Good is Child's Play- A Book of Positive Affirmations for Fostering Self Esteem and Learning Penmanship is a book that was created quite "by accident" as we worked together on learning how to write beautifully while playing with good feeling words.

With Feeling Good is Child's Play-A Book of Positive Affirmations for Fostering Self Esteem and Learning Penmanship, kids get to practice writing each letter of the alphabet (Example- Bb) by being presented with a "feel good" word that starts with that letter (Example-Brilliant), learning a definition for that "feel good" word (Example-Brilliant means really bright.), coloring what that word means to them (Example- BRILLIANT!), and writing an affirmation using that "feel good" word (Example- "I am brilliant.").

All of the materials (books, ebooks, free downloads, and Magnetic Attractions) use Zaner-Bloser print and cursive fonts. (Zaner-Bloser fonts are most widely used print and cursive fonts used for teaching penmanship in the United States.)
