A picture is worth a thousand words!

Images provide an incredibly powerful means of allowing you to begin to focus on what you want and bring it to life.

Begin to envision your desire. What does a healthy, strong, fit, firm and flexible body look like to you? Begin to gather images that represent your dream body.

If you were healthy, strong, fit, firm and flexible, what would your body look like? What would you like your arms to look like? What would your chest and back to look like? What would your abs and buns look like? What would your legs look like?

Use images from your own mind, drawings, photos, or pictures that you have cut from a magazine or downloaded from the web to create a visual representation of your desire.

Phase II: Hear

Words

Words form the inner dialog of your mind. Your vocabulary is at the heart of that inner dialog.

If you want to create a fabulous body, your vocabulary must revolve around words like healthy, strong, fit, firm and flexible. These words must flow through your mind constantly. They must become so prevalent that they drown out and replace any of the old words and phrases that are not in support of your desire.

What words would you use to describe the body you desire? Create your own personal Body Dictionary.

Thoughts, Affirmations & Beliefs

Once you have decided how to describe your body, begin to associate your favorite words/qualities with your body on a regular basis. Own the words and the qualities that they represent by affirming them into belief.

A great way to start associating words with your body is to create simple affirmations beginning with the words "I am...". Just for fun, try our Magnetic Attractions. It is very useful to start with affirmations you love that are at least 51% believable to you now. This allows you to start where you are, experience little or no resistance and line up easily with the intention set forth by that affirmation.

As your healthy and fit body consciousness increases, you will choose more and more expansive affirmations. In this way, you may enhance your body consciousness in a totally doable stepwise fashion.

This may mean starting with a relatively neutral affirmation and working your way up to more and more potent affirmations over time.
